I'd expect tau's top to be like pi's. Maybe worth trying removing the serifs at the top of the center stroke of Psi. Baseline serif of eta feels strange.3 -

Yes, overshoots should be adjusted so that all seems equal at intended size which may seem slightly off at other sizes. Use an excellent printout at text sizes, or maybe better view larger printouts …1 -
